Welcome to the CrossFit Tropics Beginners Program!
At CrossFit Tropics, we believe in technique first, followed by intensity so those joining CrossFit benefit from their full potential, without the worry of injury. CrossFitTropics Beginners Program allows everyone in our community to learn the technique needed to participate in any CrossFit session. We will ensure everyone understands and can perform every movement from a scaled option right through to the advanced, both safely and correctly. Our 12 Beginner sessions will be held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights at 6.30pm in a four week block.
