Workout of the Day WOD - CrossFit
At CrossFit Tropics we want you to get results and improve. In our workouts we are focusing on strength and technique improvement before we get stuck into our Workout of the Day. This way we ensure you get stronger and improve your technique as well as get your heart rate up throughout the workout itself.
Olympic Lifting
Our Olympic Lifting Class is focusing on improving your technique and strength in Olympic Lifting (aka the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk). This class is for experienced CrossFitters who wanting to build strength and improve their skill in lifting heavy.
Beginner On Ramp - Get started @ CrossFit
CrossFitTropics Beginners Program allows everyone in our community to learn and get an sight into CrossFit. You don’t have to be an athlete to give CrossFit a go. Our 12 Beginner sessions will teach you the right techniques as well as a Beginners Workout each session guided by our Crossfit Coaches in a small group.
