Staying motivated in your workout routine can be hard. Life gets in the way or sometimes snoozing the alarm clock seems all too easy, but on those days it is important to be kind to yourslef, to stay consitent and motivated.

Don’t be affraid to take a rest day if your body is demanding it but if you are not motivatived just tell yourself you’ll give it 30%. 30% is better than nothing and you are not going to feel like pushing yourself to your limits everyday, but at least turining up and moving your body will keep your habbit and you will thank yourself later for moivng your body and releasing endorphines.
