  1. Find heavy 5 rep deadlift 

   B1. Front squat 8-10 reps

   B2. Max reps strict HSPU, add deficit if you can do more than 15

          4 sets build in weight

   C1. Bent over row 8-12 reps

   C2. Floor press 8-12 reps

          4 sets build in weight

     D. 3 minute amrap

15 side raises

15 front raises 

Use plates or dumbbells

55 minutes including warm up
